Welcome to the Glass Allie Etsy homepage! All the items in my shop are handmade by me in my home studio. My lampwork beads are kiln annealed in a digital kiln which means they are cooled slowly to ensure strength and durability. I am especially fond of making glass vessel beads. They can be used for holding anything from fragrances to cremains or whatever you like. They come with natural cork stoppers which seal very well. I also have listed some fused glass jewelry items as well. I hope you like what you see here. I am a convo friendly site and welcome requests and just comments. I love to hear from you. Shop Policies... I expect payment of all purchases to be completed within 24 hours of putting them into your cart. I am happy to allow you the time needed to make your final decision, but if you should decide against an item please take it out of your cart so that other shoppers may see the item and have a chance to purchase it. All items not paid for in 24 hours will be put back into the store. My preferred method of payment is Paypal.
Shipping... I will ship your items out, first class mail as soon as payments are processed, usually with in 2-3 days. If you would like insurance on any items, please convo me, I'll put your items on reserve, go to the post office and find out the exact cost so you don't over pay. Then I will change the shipping fee listed. You will then be able to check out after I notify you of the change.
Returns... I am a very small business, I will give a refund if necessary. I don't have a general refund policy. I prefer to deal with each case individually. I would prefer that you contact me and let us work it out together. Most of all I want my customers to be happy with their item and hopefully become a repeat customer. I do not offer a refund on custom made orders, if for some reason you are not satisfied I will work with you. Usually just a small adjustment or change is all it takes, I'm always happy to do those.
Exchanges... I will send out the new items as soon as I have received the unwanted ones. There is no refund on shipping and I will have to charge you an additional shipping fee for the new items to be sent to you.
